We will replace any book that:

  • Has a misprint of child’s name due to our mistake.
  • Has any spelling errors due to our mistake
  • Does not have the proper image you requested
  • Has one or more images that are not of the same quality as the rest

What if the mistakes are due to me, the customer?

Once you complete an order, a receipt will be emailed to you with the personalization you entered. If you see any mistakes, please email us asap at aj@personalizedchildrensbooks.com, and we will make any changes at no charge.
If the ordered is already processed by the time a mistake is found, you can purchase a new book at a significant discounted rate which we will share with you at that time.
